Un giorno ancora

                                               /Capitolo IX/

Riccardo lì per me, sempre, comunque.
We are at the Martha's bother graduation party.
We are sitting at a table isolated , I would not be there , in the midst of the people , that makes noise , which is confusing. Close my eyes and imagine two hands drawing , I smile . Marco does not draw , Mark does not really love . He does it because he believes it is right to do so. He doesn't love me , he loves himself.
I found out floor plan , living with him every day , making love , loving him to death.
I look at him and feel something different. He sipped his drink , wears a sky-blue shirt and a sports jacket, has never been so beautiful and yet something is missing. I am looking in his eyes a little ' blue and can not find it , try in his words a little' sweetness and I can not find another that demands and expectations. He flirts with the waitress in front of my eyes and at that moment I hate it . I hate him because I continue to lie saying that it is different , that has changed and maybe I should just hate myself that clings to these falsehoods , which attaches itself to his touch , his soft kisses that enchant me know . Love ? Just a word followed by a giant question mark , but someone once had completed that question mark , making it a heart.
I ran a hand over his face , look at him and smile , "Sorry , I must go"
He looks at me quizzically , "Where would you go ? " He starts to kiss me.
I get up quickly , do not allow him to stop. "To have breakfast ," I turn and start to run , with the long dress that caresses the floor and then the emerald green grass . I get in the car and drive fast , in the dark night until the bar where Richard had brought me to breakfast. Seeing the smile shutter still up . It 's almost midnight. I apologize for the inconvenience , beg the bartender to give me two croissants. He told me that it is only one left . Me I do wrap and take it. The ingratiated and reassemble in the bush. I write something on the white paper bag of croissants and still driving very fast up to the house of Richard, knock on the door . I ring the bell , ribusso . Nothing . But I can not give up , I will not do it. I continue until I open it. I see him surprised and then smiled.
"What are you doing here ? " She asks me confused.
"I'm sorry . I messed up and I was wrong . I thought I had found the right person but no " I smile at him and offer him my croissant wrapped in the paper and we are both staring at the black writing .
" Love ? "
Richard laughs and gently approaching , I differs a strand of hair from her face and kisses my forehead, then with your fingers pretending to draw me a small heart on her cheek and placing his lips on mine and I feel that something has filled me has completed , just as a thin line and curved had completed the question mark . The vacuum that Mark had dug with so much effort had been filled .
And that night I would have believed in , no matter what ever would happen the next day it was important to be aware that he would be there .
Riccardo there for me, always , anyway. Because I 'd been there for him, now I was sure , I was now ready. I had learned the steps and I would never stopped dancing, dancing with him.
